In June next year Her Majesty The Queen celebrates 70 years reign, making her the longest serving monarch in the World and also, at 95 years, the oldest.
The parish council are mindful of having a celebration China mug produced bearing a colour picture of the Queen and the village name which would be presented free to every youngster in the village under the age of 16 years. They could be available to all residents at a charge of £5 50p each.
To assist us in planning we would ask that we are notified of the names, addresses and age of all youngsters in order we can have sufficient copies of the souvenir produced by January 31st 2022. We would also be grateful for similar information from residents over 16 who would wish to purchase a mug.
